contract and as long as required by the provisions laid down by laws and regulations

provided for by law and regulations.

the Website, or Mobile Applications or otherwise is unsolicited by Neumaze and is
deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary until it is informed specifically to
Neumaze. Neumaze is not responsible if any user submitted that is abusive, illegal,
obscene, pornographic, threatening, disruptive, or otherwise improper. Neumaze has
no liability or responsibility to you for the performance or nonperformance of such
activities.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neumaze, its officers, directors,
employees, vendors, OEMs, suppliers, and agents, from and against all claims,
losses, liabilities, costs, and damages of any nature whatsoever, including without
limitation legal, accounting, and expert fees, arising out of or in any way
connected with your use of Neumaze Websites and Mobile Applications or personal data
you shared or your breach of the terms of this Agreement.
